4 1/2cupsAll-purpose Einkorn flour(whole wheat Einkorn or GF AP flour can be substituted 1:1 as well)
3/4cupPowdered whole milk
1/3 cupGranulated Sugar
2tbspBaking powder
1tbspBaking soda
1/2 tspSalt
Instructions
Add all of the measured ingredients to the mixing bowl.
Whisk together until well combined.
Pour into airtight container and label.
When you are ready to use, just pour some into a bowl and add water until it is the right consistency for pancakes. If you like fluffy pancakes, make the batter thick, if you like thin pancakes, add water until the batter is thin.
Notes
You can also mix in your storage container if it has a tight lid. This is what I do, I add all of the ingredients to my gallon sized container, screw on the lid, and shake it up until everything is well combined!
