This easy protein yogurt bowl with different flavors is great for a snack, a meal, or even a sweet treat at the end of the day! It’s my go to every time I’m in a hurry or craving something sweet!

These easy high protein yogurt bowls with different flavors are easy to adjust to be sufficient enough as a meal or just a snack, and they are so versatile you can make them in almost any flavor you could imagine! It’s my go-to snack or meal when I’m needing something quick and in a hurry!
Ingredients:
Base ingredients:
- Plain Greek or regular yogurt
- Protein Powder (this is my favorite brand as it is affordable, and made with clean, simple ingredients.)
Add-ins
- Raw Honey – adds a nice sweet flavor, and has many health benefits
- Pistachio Butter – a different, but delicious flavor! Two tablespoons has 6g of protein!
- Almond Butter – 6g protein per 1oz!
- Peanut Butter – who doesn’t love peanut butter? This peanut butter has 9g of protein in two tablespoons!
- Slivered Almonds – for a nice crunch
- Dark Chocolate – finely chopped for a bold flavor profile.
- Fresh or Frozen Berries – for a little sweetness.
- Pistachios – adds a nice crunch!
- Grain-Free Granola – healthy and low in carbs, this also adds a great crunch!
And so much more! I will tell you how you can make this yogurt protein bowl. The base is where most of the protein comes from, but if you choose the right add-ins, you get even more protein!

- Bowl – to put your yogurt & ingredients in.
- Measuring Cup – for measuring out the yogurt.
- Measuring Spoons – for measuring out other ingredients.
Steps for Making Easy Yogurt Protein Bowl:
Step 1: Grab a bowl and measure out a serving size of Greek yogurt. Usually it is 3/4 cup, but look at the nutrition facts on your yogurt to be sure.
Step 2: Now that the yogurt is measured out, add 1/2 scoop of protein powder to the yogurt and mix it well until fully combined. This will be the base for your protein bowl.
Step 3: Pick what kind of nut butter you want to use, and measure out one tablespoon into the yogurt and protein mix. Today we are making a pistachio butter bowl, but feel free to swap it for any other nut butter of your choice.
Step 4: Next pick your toppings. For this bowl we will be using chopped pistachios and dark chocolate. Measure out about two tablespoons of each and add to the yogurt bowl.
Step 5: Drizzle about 1 teaspoon of raw honey on top for a touch of sweetness and added benefits.
Step 6: Enjoy your protein bowl as a fulfilling meal!
This particular recipe has about 35g of protein! It may differ depending on what brand of yogurt you use, or what add-ins you choose. But that is a lot of protein packed into a bowl of yogurt! I often eat this for lunch when I need something quick to throw together. If you are just wanting a sweet snack, cut the recipe in half!

Tips:
- If you make this often, switch up the flavors so you don’t get bored of it. There are many different flavor options aside from what I listed above! Be creative!
- Try to use organic, high protein, and low carb ingredients to make this healthy as possible!

Equipment
- 1 Bowl for putting yogurt in
- 1 Measuring Cup to measure yogurt

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 scoop Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Pistachio Butter
- 2 tbsp Chopped Pistachios
- 2 tbsp Chopped Dark Chocolate
- 1 tsp Raw Honey
Instructions
- Measure out the yogurt and put it in your bowl
- Scoop 1/2 scoop of protein powder into the yogurt and mix well until fully combined.
- Add the pistachio butter and swirl into the yogurt, don't fully mix it in.
- Add chopped pistachios and chocolate.
- Drizzle honey on top and enjoy!
